My friend has gential warts and is trying to join the Navy. Will this prior condition (which he is treating) prevent him from being recruited??

my friend was diagnosed with genital warts, and now is getting a blistery sore with a red rash around it above his private area is it a symptom of genital warts or should he be worried of another std aswell..

About a month ago, I was diagnosed with genital warts, I’m getting treated for the bumps with the Aldara cream and the warts started going away within the week,right now i have like 2 left and i had like a cluster of them… my question is my doctor told me that I have a wart on my cervix and it needs to be remove because it can cause me to get cervical cancer so I have an appointment coming up soon to remove it and get vaccinated against the HPV virus…I heard that the virus can cause infertility…is this true? and if not…what happens when i do want to have a baby, how can i have unprotected sex if i have the virus? wouldnt that put my partner is danger of getting it? i havent ask the doctor yet because my appointment is not until a month from now and am really scared and cant stop thinking about it….please help
