I am finished with my 1st treatment week for the genital warts…3 days on med…4 days off to help the skin heal. My skin is very irritated and hurts. What is the best creams/medicines to help my skin heal fast? Would regualr Vasoline work?

Whats the best treatment option for genital warts?

I was diagnosed with HPV about 7 months ago and I have had 4 of the “Acid treatments” to burn off the warts but it doesnt realy work I have to keep going back and its too painful…The doctor wants me to try “Aldara” the cream you use at home but has anyone else tried it? I dont want to waste my money if its not going to work…
