Having Genital warts remove by Surgical excision around the anal area. Can anyone that had this done explain to me in detail how it went, and how was it after surgery.

Hi I need help!!

I shaved with a dirty razor about 4 months ago and I started growing these weird bumps on my pubic area where my hair grows. Then I took a closer look and they where warts or look like warts. Ive been dealing with this problem for about 6 moths now and me and my girlfriend are scared of what it is. I dont know if thats ingrown hair that I left untreated and it turn to warts BUT PLEASE i need help. And I dont think it can be genital warts since I have protected sex and it dont look like the pictures in google this is just where my pubics are at They look like this kind of wart….

But there not red there not full of nothing its just dead skin thats hanging there…

about 8 months ago i noticed some bumps on the genital area of my boyfriend. they looked like the warts caused by HPV - same color as his skin, shaped like cauliflower. there were like 5 or 6 of them. i didn’t see him for 2 months later on and the next time i saw him they were all gone. he says he hasn’t seen a doctor or recieved any treatment. if it they were HPV warts then as far as i know they wouldn’t vanish just like that. what do you think this could be?
I’ve talked to three doctors about HPV. All of them told me that genital warts caused by HPV will NOT go away without treatment.
